CenterPoint Adult Community Groups are small groups that gather together like-minded people for study, friendship building, service, and/or activities. These take place on different days, at different times, and at different locations throughout the week and are designed to be an essential component of the CenterPoint vision for adults. A typical community group meeting is in someone's home, lasts 60-90 minutes, and might include some of the following: refreshments, a time to get acquainted and catch up with each other, a Bible study of some kind, a time of prayer for each other, opportunities to care for each other and build relationships, practice or planning for some kind of service inside or outside of CenterPoint. Other groups may get together just to do something members enjoy, like scrap-booking, cooking, crafts, golfing, hiking, exercising, whatever. We are currently working to expand the menu of choices of Adult Community Groups we offer and are looking for host homes or sites and group facilitators/leaders. Our aim is to offer choices that meet your needs, whether you are new to the church thing or desire to grow deeper in your walk with God. We hope to offer circles all over Winter Haven, Lake Wales, and Haines City. Click the email link to let us know of your interest. Community Groups will soon be available in the following categories:
